UPDATE ON KNIGHT! Please donate at https://bit.ly/Saving_Knight
Do you remember him? We brought you Knight’s story a few weeks ago and it was simply heart-breaking. This poor boy was found wedged in a narrow gap between the walls of two unoccupied houses in a very remote area. The people who found him reckoned he’d been there for days – locals from a nearby village reported trying to track down the source of distant barking and wailing for at least 4 days.
Please help desperate homeless animals like Knight! As street dogs with no owner to care for them, you truly are their only hope. Please go to https://bit.ly/Saving_Knight to fund medical treatment, food, and a place of safety for them.
It’s possible that fireworks at a recent major festival in the area may have terrified this poor boy and caused him to seek refuge in that tiny dark space between two abandoned houses. When he was eventually found, he hadn’t eaten or had any water for days.
The local people who found him worked tirelessly to get him out. Only when they eventually managed it, did they see how badly injured Knight was. He was raced to the nearest veterinary clinic for emergency treatment and once stable, he was transferred to the Soi Dog shelter.
Knight’s frail body was absolutely covered in horrific wounds from where he had repeatedly tried to drag himself out of that space without success. He was severely dehydrated and so weak he couldn’t stand up.
When homeless animals like Knight need medical help, they have nobody if they don’t have you. Will you please go to https://bit.ly/Saving_Knight to help those who have never had a place to call home or a loving human to call their own?
Thanks to people like you, Knight is now getting the medical treatment he needs, along with nourishing meals to build up his strength and a safe place to lay his head at night. His many wounds are cleaned out and dressed every day and he is on pain relief and antibiotics. Our vets are hopeful that he will recover well and that soon, the nightmare will be over for him.
But the sad reality is that as you read his story, countless others continue to suffer. It doesn’t take a lot to make a huge difference – you can do it with just a few dollars a week. Please donate now at https://bit.ly/Saving_Knight because suffering animals like him simply won’t make it without you. Thank you.
