The story of Kittyeye is unfortunately becoming a common reality for many streets dogs in Thailand. Every day dogs are brought into the Soi Dog hospital, fighting for their lives, from being struck and injured by a motor vehicle. Life on the streets is tough enough for young puppies like Kittyeye. In addition to finding food, water and shelter, they have to protect themselves against numerous dangers, including cars.

Kittyeye was wandering the streets, most likely looking for food when he was hit. The accident caused him multiple injuries to his legs and internal organs. As you can imagine, he was in unbearable pain. Kitty has now been in our care since August and has had several surgeries to repair the damage done from the accident. It is a long road to recovery for this sweet boy, but he has made great strides forward and is now looking for a home. Can you help a dog in need? With over 600 dogs residing at the shelter, we hope to find him a home while he is in recovery! Please email adoptions@soidog.org
