WINTER FOR THE DOGS IN ROMANIA

Food Deliveries Will Continue

So many of the countries we work in have very cold winters, and Romania is certainly not least on that list. Here are a few snapshots taken at the Saint Francis shelter over the weekend along with this update:

“Today we have worked a lot…it was very cold and the water has frozen -6 degree C), even my camera and my phone stop working. Stefan called 3 people to come for days to take out the snow and ice from pens and we had to pay them,” a shelter volunteer told us.
