Cow, What Are You Trying To Tell Us?

Since yesterday, Cow had been trying to tell us something…

He was fidgety and he wanted to come into the room to get out to the rest of the house.

This morning, he would rather forgo breakfast to just get into the room. It was most strange. Cow never forgoes a meal.

Cow came into the room and sat. He’d rather not eat.

See? He didn’t want his food.

Cleo went for the “extras”.

I had to carry Cow out so that he could eat.

He did eat later, for lunch and dinner, but he kept coming into the room.

Why, Cow? What are you trying to tell us?

Thoughts of the animals running away and behaving strangely before a tsunami, earthquake or hurricane came to mind.

If any of our cats were to know, it would be Cow. Definitely Cow. Next would be Cleo, but Cleo wouldn’t bother to tell us. She would just save herself.

Indy? I think Indy would stay with me, no matter what happens. Or, he would come back to look for me, under the rubble, debris, you know…

Last to know would be Bunny, of course. He’d still be asking for food…amidst the rubble and debris.

Why, Cow?

Strange enough, Jia-Wen found Cow and Cleo in deep conference just now. Both were communicating in silence, looking at each other.

What impending doom are we looking at, Cow and Cleo?

What are you doing, Indy?

Indy: I’m protecting Bunny.

Protecting Bunny from…..?

Indy: From whatever Cow said would happen.

A funny thing happened the other day. Bunny bumped into Cow and he didn’t know who he had bumped into. So, Bunny started sniffing, literally from head to paw, vigorously sniffing and suddenly, Bunny pulled back in shock!

Oh no!!!  It’s Cow!!!

Luckily Cow was in a good mood, and surprisingly, Cow did not attack Bunny.

Phew!

And why so? Because there’s impending doom?  Might as well settle all your quarrels? Or, don’t create new ones?

Take heed, humans. You have been forewarned.

Cleo: Dumb humans!  Ha ha ha ha…  If there WERE impending doom, I would have run away first. Cow just wants attention, don’t you know? You know what’s wrong with you humans? You complicate things. You overthink…all the time. Chill!
