The night can get chilly and the days are dry. Surya, the Indian star tortoise most of you may be familiar with, has adapted very well. We’re ensuring their acclimatisation to their new surrounding is easy and smooth before they’re finally left on their own.

We’re so proud of these 51 tortoises. Sometimes, it’s easy to get ahead of ourselves and we forget to trust the primal instincts of these rescued, once-exotic pets.
