And Vincent Eats Supper!

When we came back from taiji tonight, Vincent was at the patio.

I fed the cats and Vincent came into the kitchen too but walked out soon after.

There was quite a bit of chicken left and I had kept it in the fridge. So I took it out and warmed it up.

And I gave it nonchalantly to Vincent at the patio.

Initially Vincent thought it was going to be some processed or canned food (again?). I think he has developed a repulsion towards all these foods because I had used every available food in the house to tempt him to eat during the last 7 days. So, he has associated all these foods with the feeling of being sick.

Luckily there is the option of boiled chicken left (yes, just plainly boiled with just a little bit of salt).

I didn’t expect him to eat this as it isn’t “freshly boiled”, but…

YES!!!

He still prefers the bones.

I know this is cooked bones, but Vincent is pretty good at picking out the meat from the bones. He used to do this quite often. Furthermore at a time like this, I’ll let him eat “anything” he wants as long as he is willing to eat. Anything is better than literally starving to death.

YES!

And now, I don’t have anymore chicken in the freezer for tomorrow morning because whatever I bought to be used as raw chicken for Vincent (which he doesn’t like anymore) had been cooked and blended into catfood.

Let’s hope Vincent still likes this tomorrow.

I’ll cook and prepare any food for him….as long as he eats!!
