As you read this, dogs in Thailand continue to suffer thanks to the actions of humans. Please go to https://bit.ly/Saving_Innocent_Dogs to show them you care and that you will act to help them!

Earlier this year, when a rabies scare gripped parts of Thailand, thousands of dogs were rounded up and placed in makeshift government shelters that were neither designed nor equipped to cope with such numbers.

Unvaccinated, these innocent dogs ended up dying at an alarming rate from contagious but preventable diseases. Unsterilised, and with no segregation of male and female, those still healthy enough were left to reproduce at an equally alarming rate, meaning puppies were being born into this nightmare.

Many of these dogs were former pets, dumped by panicked owners. Others were street dogs, snatched from the only home they’d ever known and impounded in hell.

This crisis unfolded nearly 1,000 miles from the Soi Dog shelter but we were very quickly inundated with cries for help from members of the public aware of the situation. https://bit.ly/Saving_Innocent_Dogs

Viola was one of the innocent victims in this shambolic mess and when we met her, her spirit was broken. Emaciated and extremely ill, she had simply given up and was waiting to die.

As is always the case, we could only do as much as our funds allowed. This is where people like you came in and at this very moment, their generosity is saving countless lives. Please join them by donating now at https://bit.ly/Saving_Innocent_Dogs

Thanks to donations from people like you, Soi Dog was able to send a contingent of medical personnel, along with a regular supply of vital medication and vaccines. Support from animal lovers like you meant the healthy dogs could be sterilised and the lives of countless sick and injured dogs were saved. One of them was Viola.

This beautiful girl now has a bright future ahead of her in the US. Her new life will be a world away from the nightmare in which we first laid eyes on her. Please help to make these happy endings possible for other suffering animals that have nobody else to turn to.

Go to https://bit.ly/Saving_Innocent_Dogs now to show them that you have not forgotten them and that you will act now to help. On behalf of these innocent animals, thank you for your support.
