Neutering Aid For 1 Dog In Rawang (Wan Choi May’s)

We have provided an aid of RM100 for the neutering of this dog.

Dear Dr Chan,

Good day.

My name is Wan Choi May, from Rawang, one (1) homeless male dog came to my house one month ago searching for food. I feed the dog daily & now the dog has settled in a vacant house nearby my house.

I decided to bring the male dog to the clinic at Kuchai Lama for neutering on 10.11.18, and please be attached herewith photos before & after neutering for reference.

I would like to apply for neuter aid & really appreciate if my application is approved by the committee.
