Meet Thorranee, she is a survivor with an incredible story.

Every week in Thailand, unwanted puppies are removed from their mothers and dumped in unsafe areas. Thora was dumped at a landfill site with 4 other puppies and left for dead. The puppies were only days old, making them extremely vulnerable. Soon after, construction started at the site and the puppies were crushed and buried alive. They cried out for help, but were too weak to dig themselves out. Luckily, Thora and one other puppy somehow survived. We gave her the name Thorranee, which means Earth in Thai. The lack of oxygen from being buried has caused some brain damage and the loss of her sight. However, she does not let that stop her!

Thorranee is a very special girl looking for someone to love her. Please don’t let her grow up in the shelter, she has so much to offer. If you can find it in your heart to offer her a loving home, please click here: https://www.soidog.org/adopt/thora-1611
