Neutering Aid For 2 Cats In Selayang (Zachary Navin Perera’s)

The purpose of this email is to apply for the Neutering Aid offered by My Animal Care Organisation. Attached you will find all the relevant and required documentation for the request of financial aid. Allow me to explain about the cats.

I have rescued 4 cats that were born in the compound of my house the town of Selayang Utama, Batu Caves.  Initially, we were going to feed and care for the mother and 4 kittens until they were old enough to be adopted. However, we have decided to take all four kittens into our home. We have adopted the four kittens (all of them male) and they are now 7 months old. We have neutered all four kittens. As we were unaware of the aid provided before, we have passed the 14 day deadline for the aid for the first two cats we have neutered. Attached are the documentation for other two cats only and hoping for your kind assistance on the aid.
