We thank everyone who has been donating to us, and after we set up a PayPal donation facility, some local donors have also started using PayPal without realising that it is a lot more cost-effective to just pay the RM2 interbank bank transfer (if you do not have an account with PBB) than to pay PayPal’s commission.

I had initially thought the commission was about 4%, but this is not so for smaller amounts. It could be as high as 8%!  Our latest two donations of RM50 and below was charged a commission as high as 8.67%.
