The easiest option for them was to discard her on a quiet road. She was unable to walk without excruciating pain. This was due to an untreated broken leg that had not healed correctly. In one eye she was totally blind, and the other she only had a small amount of sight left. Amongst all of these problems, she was also suffering from blood parasites and had small tumours all over her body. Maggie, and countless other animals totally rely on you for help. They have no one else.
