WWF-Malaysia applauds the ban on plastic straws in the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan from 1 January 2019. 👏👍

“Plastic in the ocean turns into microplastic. Marine life consuming microplastic means that when we consume fish products, we too are consuming microplastic,” said our Conservation Director, Dr Henry Chan.
