Drumroll, Please….

The Chinese say you must not outwardly demonstrate your rejoicing when things works in your favour. I don’t know why the Chinese have this taboo, but if there is a good reason for it, please allow me a small indiscretion and share this news with you, because all of you have been rooting for Vincent and I am truly thankful for your moral support.
I believe in celebrating small achievements. After all, life is made up of fleeting moments. Every moment will pass on and is not permanent, so I don’t see anything wrong in rejoicing when there is a reason to do so. As long as you don’t hold on and refuse to let it go.
He who binds to himself a joy
Does the winged life destroy
He who kisses the joy as it flies
Lives in eternity’s sunrise
So, drumroll, please……….and kiss this joy with Vincent and me!

Vincent has gained some weight!!!
He was 3.1kg about three weeks ago, then the rapid deterioration started even when he was eating so well and his plummeted to 2.5kg. I knew things were going down so after that, I did not dare to weigh him anymore. Let it be. It’s not going to change our treatment plan.
Today, I plucked up courage to weigh him and Vincent is now 2.8kg!!!!!!
A small achievement, but I am so thankful!
Thank you, dear friends, for rooting for Vincent!!
