BANG PU RESCUE SHELTER!...Rescue organizations are setting up a Dog Rescue Center at Ban Pu/Samut Prakon, 1 hour from the center of Bangkok to house dogs displaced by the floods. SCAD, Save Elephant Foundation & Soi Dog Foundation have joined forces to fund & build a 200 dog shelter on land donated by Thai Wantana Panich Press Company. The "Humane Society International" from India has a vet team vaccinating all animals & will spay/neuter them before they are returned, once the water has receded. The shelter is being constructed with the help of Thai & overseas volunteers, working long shifts in very hot conditions. We need your help to fund the ongoing cost of looking after these animals until they can go home.
