She was found at the bottom of a deep hole. We will never know how she got there. Her name is Mitzi and she is lucky to be alive. Please go to https://bit.ly/Help_Dogs_Like_Mitzi to help her and countless others. Two of our Animal Rescue Officers were out in the course of their duties when they heard the crying. They were deep in a jungle area and the sound was very faint at first. But as they followed it, it got louder and they realised it was coming from a deep hole. Mitzi lay at the bottom of it. One of the officers was lowered down the hole to Mitzi, where he was able to tie a rope around her body which meant the other office could slowly raise her from the hole. Mitzi trembled in fear. She was shockingly skinny and covered in ticks and fleas. We will never know how long she was down there. Will you please join the Emergency Response Team with a small monthly gift to provide vulnerable homeless animals with life-saving care?
