Worse, the infection had spread to his inner ear and had left him with a permanent head tilt. The wound was infested with maggots and this poor boy was in unbearable pain.Dogs like Suntax have nobody if they don’t have you. There is no government funding or any other help available. Established in 2003 in Phuket, Thailand, Soi Dog is Southeast Asia's largest organisation helping stray animals. The Gill Dalley sanctuary in Phuket is home to over 1,600 animals.
