It is only thanks to the support of people like you that these rescues can take place. That support meant that Bashful and countless other dogs could be cared for while they recovered from unspeakable horror. Today, Bashful is known as Thai and has a wonderful forever home in Oregon, in the US. Here is a quote from his new mom, Jassmine:”We have had Thai for almost one and a half years now and it is safe to say our lives are better because of him. He has become the most amazing, kind, and loving dog, and is more than we could have hoped for. His favorite toys are socks (he likes to steal them from the laundry), his dragon, and his bones; he loves going for his morning walks and lounging in his bed after; he can be a bit cautious around other dogs but has opened up and become fairly social, especially at the dog park. Thai is a cherished member of our family and we hope to be able to rescue from the Soi Dog Foundation again in the future.”This is what you can make happen! Soi Dog Foundation

Established in 2003 in Phuket, Thailand, Soi Dog is Southeast Asia's largest organisation helping stray animals. The Gill Dalley sanctuary in Phuket is home to over 1,600 animals. Soi Dog also has a treatment facility in Bangkok and responds to crisis situations throughout Thailand. The organisation is dedicated to implementing effective, sustainable solutions that reduce the suffering of dogs and cats in Asia, runs entirely on donations and works efficiently so all donations are used to help animals as effectively as possible.
