We have sponsored RM100 for the neutering of this dog.
Ms (Jace) Chong was applying for SENS until it closed in June this year. She is back to applying from us again now.
Dear Dr Chan,
How are you? It has been a while not contacting you. As you know the Selangor Subsidy has stopped, we are in a helpless situation again.
I will try to minimimize to claim from you, but some times just too heavy.
So I try to claim one from you, hope that you can approve.
This dog is Coklat, we rescued 2 months ago at Sg Marong, Bentong. She was pregnant and i let her deliver the babies in my house before sending to spay.
The babies are adopted and she will be putting back to where we found her when the wound is healed next week.
I am sending the form to you.
