Her name is Carmel. She was found with a shockingly deep wound on her back. We can’t imagine what nightmare Carmel endured that would cause this, but it was dangerously infected when she arrived at our shelter. She desperately needed help, and this is where people like you are the heroes.

Poor Carmel was also diagnosed with low blood platelets. She was scared on arrival, but patiently allowed our vets to help her. Carmel had her wound cleaned out and dressed. She was given pain relief and antibiotics and a nutritious meal. She has a safe place to lay her head now and this is all thanks to people like you.
