My name is Wong Wai Chun. I want to apply for the neutering aid. on 21st may 2018, i brought the male cat called Panther went to neutering. He is a stray cat that located at vista komanwel a. He is friendly and looks like 8/9 months, so i decided to bring him go to neuter. After neutering, i will take care of him for few days, after that i will release him to his own place, and the vet already did the ear-notched for him.
