Another Great Dane was dumped outside Spca, full of ticks, 10 years old and malnourished. 😢😥😓. Does anyone know the disgusting owner? We would like to initiate prosecution via DVS. Abandonment of your pet carries a fine between rm 25k – 100 k . PLEASE HELP US FIND THIS IDIOT. 😡😡😡
