SUCCESS STORY!!!!!

YOU KEPT THE POWER ON FOR THESE DOGS

Last night we sent out a distress call from Serbian rescuer Danijela Stjepovic who was pleading for help to keep the power on at her home-based dog rescue center. She has elderly and sick dogs. She will be thrilled to learn that we’re about to pay the electric bill thanks to all of you who donated!

This was Danijela’s SOS to us:

“I really do not know what to do,’I have managed to cover the costs of food and buy medicines for some dogs, but more and more old dogs appear, some of them sick. I have a new 13 year old dog that has only three teeth and injured legs, I try to make it easier for him, but I have to buy diapers for him because he does not control of the bladder. At present, the biggest problem is electricity, a big bill has come to 220 Euros ($271 American dollars) and I have to pay it. I do not know how because there is no money, there is no donation, the fence is pinched in several places but there was no money to finish everything. Is there hope to help us pay for electricity? Otherwise I do not know how we will function in the dark. I really do not have the means to pay that bill. 😰 Thank you.”
