These two dogs were among many living in a rotten pound in Romania until something magical happened. Rescuers bent down, stroked their cold heads and said, “You’re coming with me.”

Now, at their foster home, the dogs have quickly sparked a deep connection. The little one idolizes her big friend, and the last few seconds of this video clip are priceless!

This is the work we do all year long. As an international charity, we rescue the animals who are suffering invisibly. These and several others were saved from a remote dog pound, on the site of a garbage dump in the middle of nowhere. But there is no place too well-hidden, no river we won’t cross, no mountain we won’t climb.

Our food drive is in full swing and we need donations to feed thousands of animals.
