This clip was filmed by Cindy & Derek at "Dogs Island" in the Bangkok Flood district. Volunteer boats arrive each day to feed & spend time with 100 dogs stranded on a bridge/island in temple grounds. When the humans leave, the dogs howl.... it's a heart wrenching experience which you never forget.
