This is Kato. He is about 3 years of age and was recently found with horrific wounds on his back. We don’t know what happened to this poor boy and sadly, he is unable to tell us. But thanks to the members of our Care for Cats Club, Kato can now be helped.

Kato’s injuries were so severe that he had to be sedated in order for the vets to begin treating him. He is now on pain relief and antibiotics and safe in our cat hospital, where the vets will be keeping a close eye on him while his wounds are cleaned and dressed daily.

Kato has never had a home of his own or a human to love him. It is only thanks to the members of our Care for Cats Club that he is receiving the medical treatment and care he desperately needs. And as you read his story, another suffering street cat needs you.
