People like you have changed Joanie’s world.Do you remember Joanie? We recently told you about this 2-year-old girl who had arrived at our shelter with the most horrific open wound running from her cheek to her neck. She was in agony when found. Please join the team of animal lovers who step up to help homeless animals like Joanie! Go to https://bit.ly/Saving_Joanie to take action now.Joanie’s wound was severely infected when she arrived at our shelter and it really was touch and go as to whether she would survive. We had no idea who or what had done this to her but she was in so much pain, she needed to be sedated before our vets could begin helping her. It was a race against time to save her from septicaemia and a slow and painful death.Homeless street animals like Joanie are completely reliant on people like you. There is no government funding and, with so many sick, injured, abused or abandoned dogs and cats arriving at our shelter each week, they desperately need you if they are to survive. Please go to https://bit.ly/Saving_Joanie to pledge a small monthly gift that has the power to make miracles happen. Thanks to the compassionate animal lovers who funded all of Joanie’s treatment, she has finally turned a corner. The horrific wound is healing well and she is a completely different dog to the terrified girl we first met. She is healing both physically and in her heart. This is all thanks to people like you.Despite her suffering, Joanie is one of the lucky ones. She’s been given a second chance. But as you read her story, another animal is suffering. We want to help them all. We can’t do it without you. Will you act now? Please go to https://bit.ly/Saving_Joanie to help. Thank you.
