Help bring justice to the dogs of Targu Neamt, Romania. There are massive crimes taking place at the public pound. After many months of turning things around and making HUGE improvements in care for the dogs, charity workers have been banned and the dogs are now neglected again. Last week, 57 dogs were killed and there is some evidence that the dogs are being killed and sold to manufacturers of pet food so that their bodies may be used as ingredients in kibble. It’s part of a larger scandal of misappropriated municipal funds and the dogs are the victims of these crimes.
