Since December 2010, the SPCA has been reviewing the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals section of the Animals and Birds Act which we feel is timely in view of the increasing number of alleged cruelty cases reported and heightened public awareness of animal welfare issues.

We now seek your feedback on our "Proposal for Legislative Reform".
