Abandoned Case

Every year before Chinese New Year, everyone starts to spring clean their houses, and that including their pet dogs.

It is sad to see this dog (Lucky, as the owner written its name), was tied to our shelter’s fence. Lucky looked fierce and scare, because he was placed at an unknown place by his owner. Lucky is sick, and hence the owner decided to dispose him too.

We just couldn’t understand, why some owners choose to send their sick dogs away rather nursing them back to health? It is really sad that as we move forward, we tend to loose our humanity and compassion to animals.

Remember, when you take in any pet, it is your responsibility to take good care of your pet; in good time or bad, in good health or sick. If you’re not able to provide the necessities, please don’t keep any pets at all.
