Charcoal was found abandoned as a little puppy near my neighbour’s house at Jalan Kereta Rantau Panjang. She was given away to someone else 3 month ago after a house break in but lost weight. I returned her to the neighbour to restore her health back.

After about 3 wks I had her neutered at the clinic and now she is back with the neighbour who has rescued many unwanted dogs but do not have the means and understanding to spay them resulting in more dogs abandon after they are “big enough to fend for themselves.

I will post original receipt and completed form to you on Monday.
