As we are ushering the Year of Dog in less than a month from now, we are busy spring cleaning our houses.

Please spare some thoughts on the living things; the creatures created by Almighty God, that we brought into our houses and call them as pets. It is our responsibilities, as pet owners, to take care of them until their last breathe.

A number of residents in Kuching took the opportunities to call up councils’ dog catching unit to get rid of their pets of many years. For so many years that they safeguard your properties, but when they are at retirement age, you chose to sentence them to death?

Your deeds have certainly sent a very clear message to the next generation: when human are old and not competence to perform, it is right and just to abandon them as they are no longer contributing to the society. You have just murdered your healthy innocent loyal pet dog/s.

Be Kind to Animals. They are living creatures that stay with us since the day God created this universe.
