One of our successes this year was the Sabah Terrestrial Conservation Programme (STCP), which works to conserve Sabah's biodiversity. This year saw the addition of more forested protected areas in the region.
Since last December, a total size of 105,414 ha was newly gazetted as protected areas which adds up to a total of 1.87 million ha. This is 26% of Sabah’s total landmass.
Thanks to your amazing support, we have more protected areas which enable us to better preserve our natural environment! 🎉 🎉 😀 #WWF2017Recap
