Happy New Year! It is now illegal to buy and sell ivory in China.

We hope this momentous action by China will inspire others in the region to follow suit and close their own markets. As we look to the year ahead we need to boost and sustain efforts globally to put an end to the current elephant poaching crisis and secure a future for this magnificent species in the wild.
