Neutering Aid For 1 Cat In Puchong (Lian Hui Shan�s)

Dear Dr Chan,

I’m writing to apply neutering aid for a stray female cat named ‘Soso’.
She was found roaming outside of my house recently. I brought her to spay on 29/11 and will be releasing it back.
The attachment are the photo of Soso.
