BREATHE AND BE FREE (16 DECEMBER)

We will be conducting a fun and interactive session for children, that is focused on animal storytelling, breath awareness, and movement

Through stories of animals and the environment, children will develop empathy for all creatures great and small. This is a great opportunity for children to share their feelings towards animals and how they can continue to care for our furry friends.

After the storytelling segment, participants will be engaged in a Tai Chi and yoga session and thereafter, they will interact with our animals.
