Neutering Aid For 2 Cats In USJ (Rufaidah Bt Othman�s)

My name is Rufaidah Binti Othman and I would like to apply for a subsidy for spaying cats. I have just posted today via POS EXPRESS two forms and a validated receipt on neutering two cats (I also attached the receipt as a soft copy for your reference).

And below is the short write-up about the cats:

“About nine months ago, a stray female cat delivered three kittens nearby our house. Since then we kept the cats behind our house protected with a curtain and box, and provide them food and shelter. But one of them was suddenly missing few months after it was born. Hence, we don’t want the other two to die, and so we keep them safe and look after their well-being. Now they have grown, and we can’t afford to keep another kitten. So we spayed them. But I am currently furthering my study and hoping could obtain a subsidy from AnimalCare Society. Budget is limited as I am caring the cats for their food and shelter. I also would like to show my appreciation  to AnimalCare as it is one of the organizations in Malaysia that has helped lots of cat lovers. Thank you.”
