Danijela’s Safe Haven in Serbia is one of dozens of rescue centers pleading for help before the sub-freezing temperatures and snow arrive. They’ve asked for help with firewood and food for the dogs. They have no heat and the weather is very cold.

In addition to our massive food drive for the month, we are in the final days of preparing for winter storms. Donations to our Winter Survival fund today will go to the purchase of firewood and food for these dogs, as well as food to be delivered to homeless street dogs in the region. (NOTE: Rescue squads like this one, supported by Harmony Fund, spay/neuter all incoming dogs)
