SDF continue to be with WFFT the only organisations providing funding for this catastrophe. Unlike the tsunami the story is not big enough. However the effect of the Asian tsunami on ANIMALS here was tiny compared with this. Have just been notified that SPCA will donate 2,000$ from their emergency fund, but WSPA , IFAW, PETA and HSI have still have not even replied to e mails. WSPA have removed posts regarding it from their facebook page. These organisations have millions of dollars and the contacts with food companies, drugs companies etc., to do something, but choose not to. Gill has spent last 2 days well into the night scouring supermarkets in Phuket buying all available food. Our drugs suppliers phones are switched off. The factory producing our food closed. We are now sourcing possible food supplies in the far south and malaysia to ship to Bangkok.
