I invited Mr Zurik into the house this morning, after taiji practice.
He came in, settled himself down comfortable and everything appeared to be fine until….
I heard growling at the patio.
It was Mr Zurik having a stand-off with (of all people!)….Tiger!
Tiger, our calmest and most peaceful cat.
I had to break it up, of course, before poor Tiger got hurt.
So, I went out, broke up the cold war and invited Mr Zurik out, through Stargate2.
He went out, reluctantly and slowly.
But when it happened, guess who came to the rescue?
Tabs and Heidi were first on the scene.
Tabbies unite!
But wait, isn’t Mr Zurik also a tabby?
Vincent was concerned, as were Indy and Cow.
Let us out!!
As always, Tiger wasn’t quite affected by it.
He has always had his own peaceful way of dealing with any kind of aggression.
I invited Mr Zurik in for some wetfood, actually, but he wasn’t interested.
Ginger wasn’t bothered by the whole event. He just sat at his bicycles, looking bored.
Ginger has become very alpha these days. The other day, we thought it was okay to leave the front wooden door open since the grille has been netted and no one is small enough to squeeze through now. Guess what Ginger did? He bit off the cable tie (just one piece) at the lowest point so that he has a way of flipping the netting at the bottom and going out to the porch.
That was quite a strategic move.
