Eversince the rabies outbreak in July, dumping of puppies is prevalent. We receive an average of 1-2 puppies a day.

Today, the puppies were placed near the drainage, luckily it wasnt heavy downpour. We pray that people would just stop doing this ‘old skool’ tactic and start to be responsible pet owner.

DESEX thy pets, and rehome these puppies – these are responsibilities of pet owners.
