APPEAL FOR INFORMATION

The SPCA is seeking the identity of the man in the video clip, to assist with the investigation of a case of alleged abandonment at Sunshine Place, Choa Chu Kang, that occurred on Thursday, 10 August at around 8 pm.

If you are able to identify the man in the video or have leads to the case, please call our 24-hour hotline at 6287 5355 (ext. 9), or e-mail inspector@spca.org.sg. Information provided will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
