Bangkok Flood Update 26-10 4AM

Conditions are worsening.

Thailand's prime minister conceded existing floodwalls and water embankments might not be able to withstand the massive inundation and said there was a strong chance the flood will penetrate central and inner zones of the capital.

Volunteer teams are continuing to work to save dogs and cats, some 20 hours at a stretch.

Funds are still urgently needed for supplies, trucks, boats etc. If you can help please do so at: http://www.soidog.org/en/flood-relief/

All funds raised go directly towards helping the animals.
