SALUTING OUR NATION AND OUR HOME GROWN LOCAL BREEDS CINNAMON

Its a week to our nations birthday and in honour of Singapores 52 years of independence, we salute our nation and our home grown local breeds. We will be featuring 52 of our local residents who are up for adoption from today right up until National Day week.

This is Cinnamon. He was one of four puppies that were rescued from Jurong Island in April 2012. All the other three puppies were adopted and Cinnamon has been with us since.

Cinnamon makes you work hard to earn his trust. But having earned it, you will be his BFF. He will avoid eye contact initially, slink away or even bark at you if you are a new face to him. In dog language, these mean give me space and please exercise patience in getting to know me.

Over some quality bonding time, Cinnamon will reveal his true nature. He’s playful, exuberant, and sometimes goofy.

With patience and consistency in training him using rewards-based methods, he will be your best pal forever.

If you are interested in adopting Cinnamon, do contact us at 6287 5355 ext 24, to make an appointment to interact with him as a counsellor well versed with Cinnamon will be at hand during the appointed meeting. If you are unable to get through to speak to someone, please leave a voice message and a staff or volunteer will get back to you as soon as possible.
