Tiger�s Updates

Yesterday was International Tiger Day! May tiger conservation efforts reach far and wide and be successful.

Meanwhile, on the homefront, here are some Tiger updates.

Tiger has not gone into his tv rack for more than a week now. Not at all.

Instead, he goes all over the house.

His favourite being the massage chair.

Old friends – with Tabs.

I don’t know if frequent meals help, but he’s been coming to get small meals whenever Daffodil asks for them.

His seizures are reduced to once a day, or sometimes, none at all. The vet is pleased with this progress (not only the reduced occurrence of seizures, but also the fact that Tiger is no longer holed up in the tv rack). We shall continue with his present Plan A regimen of prochlorperazine (1/2 in the morning, 1 in the evening).

I’ve also started steaming sardines for the cats since they love fish so much. I mix this with their home-cooked chicken meals, so it isn’t a complete fish meal, but more of using fish as an inducement for better appetite. Buying sardine fish and steaming them is SO, SO much cheaper than using canned food.
