This is not what life should look like for a 10-year-old dog. Found in a severe state of neglect, battling skin infections, hair loss, and a large hernia, Chaz�s condition was simply heart-wrenching. Our vets started him right away on 4 medications, another 4 were prescribed for his ongoing care, and a catheter was inserted. Surgery was scheduled to repair the hernia the very next day.

The sad reality is this: Chaz has no one who cares about him. We will never know if he ever had a home or someone who loved him.
