Dear All,

Cheras Leisure Mall is hosting an event from the 15th until the 31st July. They are attempting a Guiness World Record for the ‘Biggest Mosaic Made of Crayons’ and SPCA Selangor is invited to open a booth for during the mentioned dates. The event is open to public and the fee to ‘colour’ the mosaic will only cost RM 10. All proceeds will be forwarded to SPCA Selangor as well.

We would like to request your assistance as volunteers for the booth during the event for the following dates:

1. 15th & 16th July (Sat and Sunday)

2. 21, 22 and 23rd July (Fri, Sat and Sunday)

3. 29, 30 and 31st July (Fri, Sat and Sunday)

From the following time slots :

1. 10.30 am – 3.00 p.m.

2. 4.00 p.m. – 10.00 p.m.

The expected tasks for volunteers to do are;

1. Giving out flyers and pamphlets

2. Promoting SPCA programmes and activities

3. Selling SPCA merchandise

4. Collecting signatures for the ‘I am against eating Cat and Dog meat’

5. Standing-by the booth
