Neutering Aid For 3 Dogs In Puchong (Wong Yeng Yin�s)

We have sponsored RM300 for the neutering of these 3 dogs.

Dear Dr. Chan Kah Yein,
Good morning. Is me again, Wong Yeng Yin feeder from puchong area. I wish to apply a neutering aid for 3 female stray dogs where I am feeding them everyday in Puchong. This 3 stray dogs already snip ear and release back to their place on 13/07/2017.
I am enclosing a pictures, cash bill and application form for your approval.
