Meet Zadonin

Zadonin is about 4 years old and she has never had someone to love her. As a new member of the Soi Dog sponsor programme, Zadonin could really use your help. She was found seriously injured, lying by the roadside.

The Soi Dog vets determined that Zadonin was in extreme pain and had suffered injuries to her back legs. She was given pain relief and anti-inflammatory medicine. An x-ray found that she had a spinal fracture. For awhile, Zadonin dragged her legs behind her when she tried to walk. Eventually, Zadonin began to improve � both physically and emotionally. She is now a friendly, gentle girl who can walk again.

Sadly, the accident has left Zadonin incontinent. This means she will likely end up living at the shelter for quite some time � possibly even the rest of her life.
