We have sponsored RM300 for the neutering of these 3 dogs.
Dear Dr. Chan,
following with the application neutering aid for the mother dog and 3 puppies previously (receipt no: 4398 & 4402). please allow me to apply again for her 3 puppies (mother dog was delivered 8 puppies) was rescued on April 2017 seri kembangan.
this puppies i will help them to find a adopter as soon as possbile.
attached herewith the form and receipt for your consideration. attached also their pictures for easy to recognize.
